Soulful and talented singer/songwriter Amanda Campbell
hails from London’s east end where she was surrounded by music.
Heavily influenced by Jazz, The Philadelphia Sound, and Motown,
she followed her life’s dream and began singing and performing
her original music in public.
Starting out on the coffee house circuit in L.A. singing with a
Jazz group, she quickly caught the attention of several local
producers for her singing and her song writing and is currently
making a name for herself fronting The Strands, a group that is
steadily growing and audience and getting world wide airplay.

With her first band, Zetland Streets, a band she founded with
guitarist, David Mason, she recorded six original songs released
for Explosive Records, where she got to work with legendary
producer, Andy Johns and Lester Chamber’s producer, Pride
Hutchison. A series of her song collaborations have been covered
by City School Project, also for release on Explosive records.
Her songs have been used in movies and in a mini series.
With her unique style and powerful stage presence, she presents
everything she sings with passion and sincerity. Whether bearing
her soul or sharing her passion for the environment, Amanda
