"Dead on the Floor," "Jack Pyers and The Sensational
Double Clubs" delivers a great rock n' roll good
time, bar room-dancing record that wastes no time
getting down to it.
From track one, "All Night Long," the rock n' roll
starts in with a great up-tempo feel, and moves
right into “Queen Bee,” with a unique Texas two-step
This record delivers a flavorful recipe of rock n'
roll, rockabilly, and Texas swing, to create an
Americana casserole that's hard to resist.
BIO-- Pennsylvania native Jack Pyers returns to the
stage with a stripped-down performance as a
singer/songwriter ... a long journey from his days
of touring with regional favorite Harpo and Atlantic
Recording Artist Dirty Looks. His hard-rock roots
are clearly evident, creating a unique sound and
energy. Jack's past albums 'No Road Home' and 'Dead
On The Floor,' were released on Sticky records, and
are available from CDBaby, iTunes, Amazon, and all
other online music retailers. Better yet, pick up

Jack Pyers is a veteran stage musician, touring
artist, and producer from central Pa. As a
guitarist, he performed in the heavy-metal and hard
rock genre, with two signed bands, one on Atlantic
Records. He was an original member of Harpo. Pyers
started his career as a young player, starting bass
at age 10. By age 15, he was playing with the
highly-acclaimed young Harpo Band from central
Pennsylvania. In the 1970’s, George Graham, producer
and DJ at WVIA radio, (an NPR station), was one of
the first in PA to present "Harpo" in a live, on-air
archived interview for his masterful "Homegrown"
music segment program. It launched the young players
out of central PA and into an urban marketplace.
Pyers’ two bands, Harpo, a central PA favorite, and
Dirty Looks (with Henrik Ostergaard), signed to
Atlantic Records, were notable for their
far-reaching success across the US and Canada. Their
image promoted street-tough, leather-outfitted young
players. Pyers, bassist with the high-profile Harpo
and Dirty Looks bands, achieved star-recording and
international-touring status, releasing six albums.
One release hit Billboard charts. One of Dirty
Looks’ video was shot at the infamous Studio 54
location in New York. Wardrobe assistance came from
the Atlantic Label’s consultant who took the band to
“Trash and Vaudeville”—an infamous alternative
fashion store which was born out of the 1970's rock
and punk scene on St. Marks Place in New York City.
There, they found and wove their personal stage
look, like many others of the punk, metal and
Band club performances and touring roads stretched
from New York City to Hollywood to Montreal, with
shows from Quebec to Florida and west to Ohio and
Hollywood. His metal and rock organizations
performed on iconic stages including: The Channel,
Boston; L’Amours, Brooklyn; the Cat Club, Manhattan;
Lime Light, Manhattan; Theatre of living arts (TLA)
Philly; the Philly and south Philly cabaret chain
like Ambler Cabaret and Chestnut Cabaret,
Philadelphia; Hammer Jacks, Baltimore; The Bayou,
DC; Penny Arcade, Rochester; the Agora Ballroom,
Cleveland, Whiskey-A-Go-Go, Hollywood; The Gas
Works, Toronto. The band had many appearances in
Dallas, Detroit, Chicago and internationally, in
Quebec and Montreal. Dirty Looks was signed by
Atlantic Records during an appearance at the Penny
Arcade. Pyers performed as bassist with Harpo from
1972-1987. He was with Dirty Looks from 1987-1994.
Writing original rock compositions with enriched
lyrics, he is on stage performing a complex
evolution of story and song, finding a new voice,
reminiscent of Sting, Mick Jagger, U2, and himself.

All Night Long
Take My Heart
I am R. C. Bergeron, from London, Ontario Canada. My music is a
unique blend of rock and roll and blues, with a twist of
singer/songwriter in there. I am currently finishing up material to
complete my first full length CD. The following are comments from a
song assessment done of "Troubled Teen" by a member of the
Songwriter's Association of Canada's assessment team: "I think the
song displays a lot of talent", and "the bones of the song are
solid, and I feel there was a lot of good work done".
I grew up in London, Ontario Canada and fell in love with music at
an early age. I started playing guitar in my mid to late teen years
and joined a band in my twenties. We played some local venues and
events over a period of five or six years, but eventually we went
our separate ways.
I've taken three music related courses over the last couple of years
which include Song Writing, Introduction to Music Production, and
Improving Your Musicianship. All of these contained very informative
content, and have given me more tools to use to successfully
accomplish my writing projects.
These days I am writing my own music and writing for anyone who
needs a hand with lyrics, guitar tracks, bass tracks, or full songs.
I am also interested in writing for TV, movies, and video games.
