Glass River EP (2018)
"The Glass River" follows "Light Years Away" as the
second EP in the trilogy that encompasses the new
music Paul Maged has been writing and recording
since his successful 2014 LP "Diamonds & Demons".
Maged calls The Glass River "harder edged, with a
sense of urgency and more socially conscious" than
it's predecessor. The Glass River is produced by
Multi-Platinum Producer Sean Gill of The Passengerz
and is set for release on March 28th, 2018. The
Glass River will be available on iTunes, Spotify,
Amazon and more. Maged intends to highlight three
singles from the album, "Gunz 4 Hire", "Corporate
Hell" and "Choices" which will all be accompanied by

for the song Maged said "The subsequent shootings in
Las Vegas, Sutherland Springs and Parkland have
unfortunately made this song remain very relevant."
'Corporate Hell' follows 'Gunz 4 Hire' and is a no
holds barred, scathing and first hand account of
working in Corporate America that sarcastically
exposes it's soulless underbelly. "For The Sea" is a
mournful ballad about our rising oceans caused by
man made climate change. Other songs include
'Choices', which has Maged looking in the rear view
mirror at a past relationship with both longing and
guilt. The title track 'The Glass River' was written
while Maged was sailing along the Bass River in
Dennis, Cape Cod.
It is a song about seeing truths in our reflection
in the water. The middle section of the song is
called 'The Ballad of Alan and Jane', an ode to
