Marshall Potts

Marshall Potts is a singer songwriter.
Marshall began writing songs at age 12 after an early heartbreak. At 18 he began his musical journey when he formed a band with high school friends called the Cause. Early performances under this name followed a rebranding of the band name to Saints and Poets. Regular performances and tour dates followed to support the band’s first CD release. Early success was achieved with 2 songs from the CD placed on a movie soundtrack, radio play, CFOX seeds CD, the Best of BC CD placement and many live performances.
Marshall took a break from the road to focus on his family in early 2000 but continued to write and record songs. Health issues postponed a solo album release after donating his left Kidney in 2006. A spiritual journey following a long recovery due to complications after the donation led to the release of his first solo album called Long Goodbyes. Long Goodbyes album was released the first day of Spring 2017. This release has a collection of 12 alternative rock songs. A solid singer songwriter effort from this artist has depth and catchy melodies with passionate honest vocals.
Ready to go back on the road, Marshall is currently promoting Long Goodbyes to radio and playing select shows while arranging a tour to promote the release. Always the songwriter, he is working on his follow up album. A glimpse of what’s to come from this artist is available online with all major distributors called 1111-Hold On.
Marshall currently lives just outside of Kamloops, writing and recording in a picturesque remote valley near what many, including the Dali Lama, consider the center of the universe.
“Great melodies and certainly already has fans. Marshall Potts is a vocalist to listen for… Ellie O'Day Executive Director P.M.I.A., Vancouver”

Habberdash

Sheffield's (UK) Alternative pop-rock quartet 'HABBERDASH' deliver news of their 'Like A Lover' Lyric Video Single release. Offered as an enticing introduction to the band's sonic cocktail of modern rock with vocal hooks that fire unashamedly into pop territories - the single is taken from their 'Morning After The Madness' EP due for release late 2018.
The Habberdash story commenced early in 2013 as friends united armed with the verve and determination to deliver music that is both packed with explosive melodies and their own amalgam of versatile guitar-driven alternative pop-rock. Quickly developing a potent reputation for their exuberant on-stage performances, Habberdash have earned headline appearances around their native South Yorkshire, performed at Y Not Festival and have been seen opening stages for the likes of The Buzzcocks and Crazy Town. Trying to create 'fresh' and exciting music, the Habberdash guys ride an eclectic wave of musical influences including Lower Than Atlantis, The Beatles, Nirvana, Issues and Bruno Mars.
In late 2017, the band consisting of Kriss Stainton (Vox), Hayden Marshall (Bass), Ashley Houlden (Guitar) and Andrew Holland (Drums), headed into Derbyshire's renowned production house 'Treehouse Studios' to develop new material under the guiding wing of producer Daniel Jeffery. The end result becoming a significant leap in the bands refinement of sounds and musical maturity. This collection of material forms their attention grabbing new EP 'Morning After The Madness'.
With a huge amount of talent, confidence and creativity, Habberdash are intent on laying the groundwork to be recognised as a new force in British rock music.
