Different Light – Binary Suns Part 1 PRESS RELEASE
The band was formed by Trevor Tabone in Malta as far back as 1994, gigged throughout the following year and released their debut album All About Yourself in 1996.
Subsequent years saw personnel changes and the release of an EP before the band decided to call it a day.
By 2008 Trevor had relocated to the Czech Republic and – with the help of local musicians – got the band functioning again.
Icons That Weep was released in November 2009 and was followed by three years of touring.
It was not until early 2016 that the band made a breakthrough with the release of Burden of Paradise, which garnered favourable reviews and enjoyed global sales.
This brought the band to the attention of Nick Mason (Pink Floyd) and led to a support slot when A Saucerful of Secrets played Malta on July 13th, 2019.
To capitalise on this the band joined PGR in late 2019 with a view to the new album being delivered to eager critics and fans alike.
It will be officially released on 8th February 2020, although digital copies were made available from 17th January 2020 by way of apology for a delay in getting the CD out.
