Artist's Biography
KeithShaw's number one focus in music is songwriting. Songs about life on
the road. Songs about love and hope. Songs about social injustice. Songs
that span from rock to pop to blues. Keith crafts these songs from what he
sees, hears, and experiences. In addition, he is a multi-instrumentalist,
and producer.
Keith's award-winning music has been recognized by a number of songwriting
associations. He is a 2022 International Singer-Songwriter Association
(ISSA) Nominee for Songwriter of the Year and Vocalist of the Year. A 2021
International Singer-Songwriter Award finalist for Album of the Year and
Single of the Year. And a 2020 International Singer-Songwriter Association
Award finalist for Male Rising Star, Single of the Year, Songwriter of the
Year, and Emerging Artist of the Year. Keith is also a 2-time finalist for
Best Rock Song and a 2-time finalist for Best Pop Song in the World
Songwriting Awards (WSA). Keith writes all music and lyrics for his songs,
and plays guitars, bass, keyboards, percussion on all tracks, as well as
producing, mixing and mastering. He also does his own art production.
Keith is a member of the Philadelphia Area Songwriters Alliance,
International Singer-Songwriters Association, Philadelphia Folksong Society,

FINALIST and Singer and Songwriter. Keith is a finalist for Male Rising
Star, Single of the Year for "Until The Rain Comes", Songwriter of the Year,
and Emerging Artist of the Year. Keith also is a finalist for "Best Rock
Song" in the World Songwriting Awards (WSA).
He is a singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer.
His new album "Haunted" featuring the title track and 5 additional songs is

About the Album:
Haunted is KeithShaw's first album. Released 20 September 2020. Genre -
Rock. The songs on Haunted cover subjects such as dreams, courage, destiny,
self awareness, youth, and desire. All music, lyrics, arrangements,
production, artwork, engineering are by KeithShaw. Keith also plays all the
instruments and vocals on all the songs on Haunted.

Keith Shaw is a songwriter, singer, composer, multi-instrumentalist, and
producer that loves making original music!
Keith has a brand new single "Goin' Home" released 1 May 2019 and in 2018
released the singles “Cherry Red”, "(It’s A) Race To The Bottom”,
"L.M.A.O.", and "17" which are getting solid airplay around the world. In
fact, all 4 have hit both Top 10 and Top 20 charts.
Keith is currently recording another single to be released later in 2019.

Keith Shaw is a songwriter,
singer, composer, multi-instrumentalist, and producer that loves
making original music!
After taking a break away from music for several years, he got off
his butt and started playing again. With encouragement from some
friends he contributed vocals, guitar, harmonica, and more to their
studio musical venture “The Harms Way Project” for their second
album, “Everything Works, If You Let It”, released in Nov 2014 to
wonderful reviews. Keith is still a member and is working with the
group on the third album.
Keith also played with a few live bands and as a solo performer over
during that period, but was never able to satisfy his desire to
create his own sound.
The first song that Keith recorded solo was the “The Clock” recorded
in April 2014, and accompanied by a video.
It took some time for his second single, “Little Boy”, due to live
shows and performances in the U.S., U.K., Belgium, and Caribbean
islands.
Now he’s back to recording and released his single “Cherry Red” in
November 2017.
Keith writes songs about his life experiences, good and bad. His
vocals draw comparisons to Dennis DeYoung of Styx and Geddy Lee of
Rush. Keith doesn’t always agree, but he’s happy to accept the
compliment. His music sound is influenced by the classic rock sounds
of bands such as Uriah Heep and Pink Floyd, to the layered acoustic
sound of songs by the famous “Wrecking Crew”, and current music of
The Killers and The Darkness.
Now that “Cherry Red” is done, Keith will be focusing in the studio,
recording a number of additional songs. At this moment, he has about
5-6 songs in the queue to be produced perhaps as singles, maybe as
an EP compilation.
