Artist's Biography

"Kheops One" is a rock band, formed at the end of 2006 in Daruvar (Croatia). The original name of the band was "Keops", but as there was already a band under that name in Croatia, we changed it to "Kheops". The latest version of 2025 is "Kheops One". I (Goran Vedris) have been pushing the entire initiative to work and record original music for the last 20 something years. In February of 2023 we released our first studio album called "End Of The Game". 2 years later, our second studio album was released "A Second Chance". We're starting to work on our third studio album.


About the Album

In 2006, when we formed the band, we started recording some original songs, which would eventually end up on "End Of The Game". Unfortunately, at one point, the band split up, but i (Goran Vedris) kept writing songs, and after 13 years of a creative break, i've decided to record all of the songs in a professional studio, but with a new lineup, so i found a singer Ailyn Mondragon through Facebook, Johannes Then of Tonstudio Then producer in my town, and Marcus Hauck, drummer, and we recorded the album. Ailyn also sang a few songs on the second studio albums, but her working schedule made it impossible to finish it, so we found a replacement Caroline von Brunken to finish the second studio album.

 In February of 2025 we released our second studio album "A Second Chance" in collaboration with indie record label "3 Water Music P&P" from the Netherlands.
