Born in Johannesburg South Africa. Paul Quentin started his music career as a member of the cover duo "The Flood" during the early 90's.
Airplay on national radio and appearances on SABC TV gave the duo recognition and regular work in the industry. The duo's subsequent success led to the recording of their debut album, "Rain".
During a five year musical interval in the Netherlands, Paul recorded his solo album, "River Road". He has since performed alongside respected musicians locally and internationally.
The European experience led to the recording of five original albums with various musicians in South Africa. Among them the collaborative and experimental "Zouq" and Pop/Rock based "The Bends".
After more than 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry, Paul Q remains an independent and prolific musician. He is also an avid photographer as well as an experimental graphic and visual artist.
Paul is currently the head of culture at one of Cape Towns well-respected schools. He also regularly performs as a solo musician and with the successful "BAND OF HATS" in the corporate entertainment industry.
