Album: Intertwine EP
Sabine
is an exciting new singer/songwriter just entering the UK Country/Pop Music
scene. Her first single 'Love is Not Enough' was released on 12th April and
was well received, with plenty of airplay, including live interviews on BBC
Introducing Oxford, BBC Radio Bristol, and a live performance of the single
on Red Road Radio and plays on BBC Radio Norfolk and other stations across
the UK, across the channel in The Netherlands and across the pond in the
USA.
Now comes her heartfelt debut EP 'Intertwine.' The four tracks on it are all
written and sung by Sabine and were recorded at Puzzlemaker Studios in
Bristol, with excellent production by Danny McMahon and Andrea Succi and
superb contributions from all the musicians involved, making it a truly
quality listening experience for country and non-country music fans alike.
Writing and recording the tracks for the EP was a cathartic experience for
Sabine, a way of expressing her feelings in retrospect of a bad break up;
something that many of us can relate to. Through intelligent and honest
lyrics, matched with beautiful melodies, Sabine explores her personal
experience; which is both painful and sad, but ultimately uplifting and
inspiring. In March she attended the Tin Pan South Seminar in Nashville,
taking the opportunity to do some co-writing and is now in rehearsals with
her band ready for live sets. In October she’s heading out to Texas, where
she’s been invited to play at the Texas Sounds International Country Music
Awards in Jefferson, stopping off at Nashville before returning to the UK.
Most recently she performed two acoustic sets at Tom Kerridge's Pub In The
Park Marlowa
