Artist's Biography

«The name Sickabell comes from a dream. I play my music to fight against the sound of bells».

Giuliano alias Sickabell was born in Chieti, a pre-roman town in the middle of Italy, full of churches and bells. One night, he dreamed to fly over the city of the movie “The crow” and saw a huge display on a skyscraper, showing The Queen band and “Sickabell” written just below their faces. When he woke up, he immediately decided that Sickabell would have been the best name for his own music career.

Giuliano is composer and producer, with the collaboration of two musicians: Rino Cellucci (guitar and bass) and Andrea Giovannoli (drums). «My music is introspective and apocalyptic... with a bit of hope about the future».


About the Album

The latest EP is called “Tyto Alba Flight 1” dedicated to the protector of our souls: the barn owl. The second "ight" will be released next year. Singles are: "WIld guy" and "A Nightmare While Awake".
