Known as The Bookends since they were kids, these two cousins, Sharon and Karen were inseparable since being born just 12 days apart. They were always obsessed with rock and roll and making music together and started working on songs and forming bands since early childhood. As teenagers they formed the band Jadoo, a three piece all girl band, featuring the late Lisa “Wack” Walkowiak on drums and Karen and Sharon on their respective guitar and bass.
