Album: Love Everything, Love Everyone

Christian Gisborne, founder of Northern California's Velvet Starlings, is a 15-year old indie rock multi-instrumentalist, so ngwriter, lead singer and front man for up and coming band, Velvet Starlings. Influenced by bands like The White Stripes, Cage the Elephant, Arctic Monkeys, The Doors, The Beatles, The Who, and vari ous other British rock bands, Velvet Starlings has that classic 60's and 70's soun d with a modern indie rock twist.
At such a young age, Christian has already started making his mark on the indie rock music scene, having played numerous sold out shows, including: the prestig ious Gibson Showroom in Beverly Hills, opening for Robby Krieger (The Doors),
The Hotel Cafe with label mate MAWD, San Diego's 8th Annual Springboard We st Festival at the Ocean Beach Theater and Sofar Sounds LA. In March he toure d to SXSW to play corporate gigs alongside other established indie artists. This summer he performed at UCLA's Drake Stadium for the Angel City Games and h as been invited to perform at Live At Heart music festival in Sweden. Look out for the release of the self-titled EP, Velvet Starlings, on Soundx3 Records in the Fall of 2018.
